After speaking to many jewellers, I had simply made my mind up that I would like to buy the ring from Bell & Brunt. It was clear that they wanted to help make the perfect engagement ring that would suit my budget.
Rather than feeling like I was being upsold to, or marketed to, I simply felt that the team was presenting all the possibilities and allowing me to make all of the decisions without any expectation or pressure.
This was such a relief and every time I visited their shop (~7-8 times), it was an absolute pleasure and I always felt so well looked after and welcome!
